Products & Quotations
EZ Gryp manufactures and supplies commercial gym equipment. Product images are representative; custom-branded and made-to-order items are produced to the specification agreed in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to confirmation of stock, materials, and lead times.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Bulk, wholesale, and export pricing is provided by quotation. Prices, payment terms, deposits, and currency are as set out on your quotation and order confirmation. Orders are confirmed once any required deposit is received.
Custom & Bulk Orders
Custom-branded and bulk orders are subject to minimum order quantities, production lead times, and sign-off of mock-ups or samples as communicated for your order. Once production of custom goods has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EZ Gryp's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific export contract.
