Order Processing
Most EZ Gryp products are manufactured to order, particularly bulk and custom-branded orders. Production and dispatch lead times vary by product, order size, and customisation, and will be confirmed in writing on your quote or order confirmation.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship to all serviceable locations across India via trusted freight and courier partners. Shipping costs for heavy equipment are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination, and are confirmed at the time of quotation.
International Shipping & Export
EZ Gryp supplies export buyers and international distributors worldwide. For export orders, we coordinate freight, documentation, and incoterms (e.g. FOB, CIF) as agreed on your order. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery & Inspection
Please inspect all shipments on delivery and report any transit damage or shortages within 7 days, with photographs, to hello@ez-gryp.com so we can assist with a resolution.
